Vancouver and the surrounding valley is known for its stunning landscapes, but nothing compares to experiencing them from above. Recently, I had the incredible opportunity to capture a truly unforgettable moment—a heartfelt proposal on the mountaintops with Sky Helicopters.
Photographing a proposal is one of my favourite sessions to be a part of. They can be such intimate, tension filled moments that I can't help but feel truly honoured to capture. Arish and Rashila were no exception, posing as a member of Sky's social media team, I documented the magical moment of Arish asking Rashila to be his wife. The excitement and genuine shock on her face still makes me smile thinking of them. We spent the rest of their time on the mountain celebrating with champagne and cuddling for warmth (they did, I was layered in a million pieces of clothing behind the lens) with the breath-taking views behind them.
