What was yours and Blake's favourite part of the day?
Chelsey: I don't know if I have a favourite part. Everything was absolutely perfect! But, seeing my best friend at the end of the aisle, ready to get married was amazing.
Blake: My favourite part of the day was watching Chelsey walk down the aisle and when she said "I do"
We were both so happy to have all of our friends and family to celebrate with us after a year and a half of not being allowed to get together.
Would you change anything about your wedding day?
We would not have changed a single thing about how the day went. However, we do wish we had just a bit more time for photos and mingling time with our friends and family, because time does fly by on your wedding day.
Any advice for future couples for their wedding day?
Cherish every moment of your special day even if something doesn't go as planned. At the end of the day, it's about you and your partner.
Any covid wedding advice?
I think we really lucked out in terms of restrictions, masks etc. While the planning was still so last minute due to the reopening plan and constantly changing information, we still got to celebrate with a sense of normalcy and have everyone there who is such a big part of our lives. My advice would be to embrace the day, no matter what you need to work around to make your day happen.
